Search using different information. For example, if you searched by your email, try searching by your name or phone number.
Follow the "Forgot Password or Username" instructions to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, you will be automatically logged into your account. Your Username is displayed in the upper left corner after your name.
Try searching by your full name (first and last name only), phone number, and email. If you are not able to find your account after these searches, then you most likely do not have an account. Return to the homepage and follow the instructions to set up your account.
Be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folders if you requested the password reset link by email. If you still can not find it, try to request the link by text message to your phone.
Request a new password reset link and double check that the partial phone number listed is your phone number. If you still do not receive the text message, try sending it your email address.
